As a service-based business providing residential and commercial cleaning services, we do not sell physical products. Therefore, refunds are governed by the performance and delivery of services rather than the return of goods.
By booking or purchasing services from Fuentes Home Services LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a service performed:

You must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.

We may offer to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

Re-clean services must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued without first allowing us the opportunity to correct the issue.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Services were not performed as scheduled due to company error.

A verified billing error occurred.

A service was paid for but not delivered.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Fuentes Home Services LLC after review.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours.

Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Services declined during the cleaning appointment.

Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. However:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations may result in a service charge due to lost labor time.

Clients who repeatedly cancel without adequate notice may be removed from our schedule.
Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated in advance.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Fuentes Home Services LLC directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks for properly rendered services may result in:

Suspension of future services

Collection efforts

Additional administrative fees where permitted by law
7. Prepaid or Contract Services
For recurring or contract-based services:

Payments are non-refundable once services have been performed.

If a contract is terminated early, any prepaid unused services may be credited or refunded at the Company’s discretion.
